Slack, Teams, Telegram, push and webhooks
Tell the team about new tickets, replies, waiting visitors and missed targets wherever they work, and send events to Zapier or your own systems.
Alerts are sent in the background and retried, so a slow service never slows a visitor's chat.
This guide is about Zinn® Chat Pro. Every Pro plan starts with a free trial.
Choose what to be told about
In Settings, Alerts and webhooks, tick new tickets, customer replies, visitors waiting in chat and missed SLA targets.

Connect Slack, Teams or Telegram
Paste a Slack incoming webhook URL, a Microsoft Teams webhook URL, or a Telegram bot token and chat ID.
Push notifications
Each agent turns on notifications on each device from the inbox. Tapping a notification opens the chat or ticket.
Webhooks for Zapier, Make and your own systems
Add one https address per line. Every event is sent as JSON with an X-Zinn-Chat-Signature header: sha256= and the HMAC of the body with your signing secret. Events: ticket.created, ticket.replied, ticket.status, chat.started, chat.waiting, chat.closed, chat.rated and sla.breached.
Alerts carry the subject and the customer's name, never the message itself.
