What Zinn® Chat Free and Premium each offer, how assistant reply limits work, and what comes preinstalled with Zinn Digital® hosting.
Chat is priced per site. Here is what changes between Free and Premium, and what happens at each limit.
Assistant replies
Free includes 100 assistant replies a month and Premium 5,000. When they run out, new questions go to you instead; nothing breaks for the visitor.
Conversation history
Free keeps conversations for 30 days. Premium keeps them for as long as your account is open.
On Zinn Digital® hosting
Every WordPress site we host comes with the free Zinn® Chat plugin installed. Premium is not included with hosting: upgrade a chat in Live chat settings, exactly as on any other website.
Upgrade a single site
Without hosting, choose “Upgrade this site” in Live chat settings to make that one chat Premium.
The AI chat agent is a separate product with its own monthly allowance and is not included with hosting.
